As this is a special pop-up escape room at the Medieval Fantasy Fair, our usual culinary illusions will not be making an appearance.
Instead, we highly encourage you to explore the fairgrounds! Grab a turkey leg, sample the local mead, and enjoy the roaming vendors before or after you save the realm.
PEASANTS, PIRATES AND ROYALTY WELCOME
To fully embrace the spirit of the Medieval Fantasy Fair, medieval garb or fantasy cosplay is wholeheartedly encouraged! Dust off your chainmail, lace up your corsets, or don your best wizard robes.
However, costumes are entirely optional. Modern time-travellers in comfortable, casual attire are equally welcome to cross the threshold and join the fun.
THE ROYAL LOGISTICS
A Fairground Adventure: This is a lighthearted, family-friendly escape room experience set within the lively environment of the Medieval Fantasy Fair.
Securing Your Quest: Tickets for The Astrologer’s Tent are sold directly through the fair organisers, not our standard Alchemy Theatre checkout. Clicking the “Book Tickets” button will safely redirect you to their ticketing portal.
Location: While our permanent home base is in Johannesburg, you will find this specific adventure pitched at the Leopard Creek Equestrian Centre for the duration of the festival.
