The art ritual is your invitation to tick all the boxes of mindfulness, self reflection, creativity and community.

Express, explore & experiment with art-making materials supported by a reflective prompt.

Alongside others, with gentle music, tea, snacks and plenty of space to transform scattered thoughts into tangible creations.

The magic is in the process.

You’re welcomed into the art ritual by the facilitator, who checks in along the way and later gathers the group for sharing.

We offer a prompt which invites self-enquiry. The prompt gently guides you to place your intention into your creation.

The session invites you to explore a range of materials on offer; collage, trinkets, watercolors, soft pastels, oil pastels, paints and more.

Unlike typical art-making spaces, we don’t instruct you on how to make art. We encourage you to find what feels right, without the pressure of it looking a certain way.

At the end of the session, we come together as a group, this is where we may share our creations, what we’ve come to know about the theme and ourselves.

Every ritual is unique. This supportive space is created by everyone within the group, and it is really lovely to share and listen. You may be surprised at what you uncover.
