Networking, inspiring shares, leadership training, a community raffle, live music, prizes, and a feast! Plus more still being created.
This will be a great opportunity to share about your passions and hear from others as well.
We have the beautiful top floor room at Balam Balam Place Community Centre in Brunswick!
Now it’s time to weave it all together. And that will take community!
There is room to get involved with helping the event happen or bringing your own fresh ideas to it.

9am to 1pm Main Event
Plus optional feast from 1pm to 2pm. (Kids welcome for this bit.)

You’ll learn the life changing possibility of being part of, or creating, your own leadership circle.
Initiation
You will be given a chance to really embody the leader you are and claim that in a way that will live inside you forever.
Initiation is simply a focused intention and community to guide you to a full bodied experience of your full leadership, right now.
Networking
This event will be an incredible opportunity to meet other inspiring leaders in your area and across Melbourne.
You may find new friends, collaborators, clients, and whole new networks for you to grow in.
Why?
This project is born from the recognition that challenging times call leaders to rise.
We are called to support these leaders to rise and help create communities that make it as easy as possible for leaders to truly stand up and fulfil their unique leadership contribution.
Why is it free?
For me, this is a passion project, not a business, and so I’m committed to ensuring anyone who feels called to step into leadership can, no matter what their financial circumstances.
We all deserve the right to be seen and step up into our unique leadership.
Who am I?
My name is Arion, and I’ve been a community leader for decades in men’s work and through my own businesses called Warriors of 💕 Love and Wisdom Business Institute.
I lost my wife to cancer 15 years ago, and that initiated me into the incredible love that lives at the core of all of us.
My calling is to help this love rise and grow across the planet.
My mission is to help those leaders rise who feel called by love to make a difference to their communities.
This is an event inclusive of all cultures and faiths, and I’m simply coming from a belief in the incredible power of love to help us rise in leadership and contribution.
Feast
We are hoping to have a catered community feast available afterwards for $26, but we will let you know when we’ve confirmed that.
Community Raffle
We are inviting anyone from the community to donate something for the raffle table. This could be a session voucher, a ticket to one of your courses, or whatever you feel called to offer. There will be prize draws throughout the event.

We already have one offer of live music, and they’re open to a few others if you would like to share.
