This workshop will focus on supportive and timeless massage techniques that will leave you feeling nourished, re-aligned, and inspired. As yogis, your teachers will emphasize how to cultivate fluidity and ease while giving a nourishing full body massage. With proper body mechanics, the practice becomes an effortless dance between giver and receiver. This training is great for anyone interested in cultivating their sense of touch. No experience is needed.
Anjuli and Alok have been teaching together for over 15 years and bow to their master teachers around the world, particularly Gwyn Williams, the founder of ZenThai Shiatsu. Their teaching blends Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, and intuitive unwinding. Rooted in the principles of Thai Medicine and Buddhist spirituality, their practice is framed by respect for all beings, balanced action, and loving-kindness.
