The Art of Yoga Assists For Yoga Teachers; 40hr training with Alessandro Gozzi

This course is designed for existing Yoga teachers preferably from a flow discipline looking to deepen their understanding of yoga asana assists. This is a good compliment to those who have completed a foundational yoga teacher training course, feel nervous in preforming assists (verbal and physical) or need a refresher course.
The course is undertaken over 40 hours, 32 in person with some pre-work, work during the course and post course.
