The Art Of Wholeding: Week 3

Week 3 welcomes our emotions as teachers. Through movement and creative expression, we give them space to be felt, witnessed, and transformed. In a safe collective container, we practice turning tension into art, contraction into voice, and feeling into freedom.

This space takes place in unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

This is a space inclusive of all, and intentionally created for our queer and bipoc community.

Attending week 3 DOES NOT require you to have had attended week 1 or 2, these are created to connect cohesively but also individually empower and inspire your own embodiment journey :)

By approaching sensation with curiosity, we give the body an opportunity to soften old protective patterns and release stored tension. Together, we transform feeling into expression, creating balance between protection and openness.

This is the practice of turning emotion into art, awareness, and integration.
