The Morongo Basin’s Placards, Poems, Prose, Prayers, Performance, Letters, and Lyrics.The program will open with literary and visual protest works by local artists from Mojave Sage Writers and The Desert Writers Guild and will be followed by a community open mic. From 4:30 to 5:00 attendees are invited to network and peacefully share their original placards in the Gallery’s parking lot.
