Step into the unknown with Paul and Cindy, owners of This N That Haunted Thrift Store and Museum in Yucca Valley, California along with Michelle from SoCal Spirit Seekers. For over 10 years, Paul and Cindy have cared for this unique space where paranormal activity has continued to grow stronger each day. Sitting along a natural fault line, the land is believed to hold powerful energy—and its history runs even deeper. Dating back to the 1800s, it’s said a coven of witches once performed rituals here, opening a portal that remains active to this day. The shop is home to around 10 resident spirits, with many more passing through regularly. Visitors and investigators alike have experienced chilling phenomena, including full-body apparitions, objects moving on their own, clothing racks crashing down, candles lighting in the dead of night, along with whispers, footsteps, and unexplained bangs. This is more than just a tour—it’s a walk through a living, breathing paranormal hotspot.

$55 – Two Hour Paranormal tour that includes the use of top-notch equipment with an immersed investigation that will connect you to the other side! We will also include a gift, a EMF meter to take home with you!

$115 - Everything above included plus additional full hour (3 hours total) and a swag bag ($60+ value) The swag bag will include a pair of planchettes with light balls, crystals, and merch. It’s a great starter kit for those that want to continue to engage with the other side

Agenda Breakdown:

First 10min – Orientation and go over rules, emergency exits, and get waiver’s signed, answer any questions guests may have

10min-30min – History and overview about the venue along with a tour

30min-110min Start the tour utilizing top notch paranormal equipment. Our team consists of three professional investigators that will immerse you in a full-on paranormal investigation. Our experienced team will be hands on with you as we dive deep into contacting the spirits.

110min-120min – The last ten minutes we will wrap up the investigation and go over any evidence we captured.

Anyone who didn’t pay for the 3-hour tour will leave and those that did will continue the tour:

120min-140min Continue investigating and do an Este’s Session (participate if you dare)

140-160min – investigate on your own if you want or continue to investigate with us

160-180min We will utilize some special paranormal equipment like the Hydra Sensor Web, Wonder Box Portal, etc.…which are unique pieces of equipment
