THE ART OF SLOWING DOWN: Learn and experience diamond art painting

Alarm goes off, you sneak in a workout, get yourself and maybe your kids ready for the day as you rush to work, school or other places you HAVE to be. As you navigate phone calls, meetings, laundry, and heads down work, the hours seem to fly by and the next thing you know it's time to figure out what's for dinner. A few dirty dishes and maybe some Netflix episodes later, you crash onto the bed ready to rinse and repeat the same activities tomorrow.

This is your chance to slow down and take a moment to breathe by joining our Art of Slowing Down Diamond Art Workshop. During this time you will learn how to create an intricate mandala design with diamond art painting techniques while practicing mindfulness to quiet the noise of our daily lives. No experience is necessary - just bring your creativity and an open mind!

What to Expect:

• Mindful Creativity: Learn the fundamentals of diamond art painting while immersing yourself in a calming practice. As you place each sparkling gem on a custom designed mandala, you’ll cultivate a sense of presence and tranquility.
  
• Welcoming Environment: Our workshop is designed to encourage you to slow down and savor the creative process. Enjoy a relaxing setting that promotes calm, self-expression and a space to just be.
  
• Social Connection: Share this experience with with other peace seekers at Cork & Stem, a local woman owned wine bar and flower shop.

All supplies are provided - participants will be treated to a glass of house wine or non-alcoholic beverage, a charcuterie cup and a custom designed diamond art kit that includes 4 color variations of an intricate mandala design.
