We explore a range of techniques + Yogic wisdom to bring you to a place of clarity within first know yourself more deeply then create a personalised day to day guide for your life around this centre of connection to yourself + your dream life.
All resources are supplied all you need to bring is an open heart.
This event is free for those on our Living Yoga Journey or buy donation for others (please read + follow our donation guidelines outlined in the eventbrite link).
For non members we ask for a donation for your experience.
We offer this as a way for us to always provide accessible offerings for all community.
As we understand now more than ever the pressure of the cost of living + want all people to always have Yoga, our experiences + community, just as we need it.
