The art of Now: Tea Ceremony and Mindfulness Immersion

Tea ceremony is a ritual of presence. The essence is to slow down, to enter a moment of reverence, and to make something ordinary sacred. One encounter, one chance a reminder that every moment and meeting is a unique, unrepeatable event. This philosophy encourages living in the present and treasuring each experience with full attention and respect.

The intimate experience is limited to 10 participants to blossom the subtlety of wholesomeness. The journey will start with a contemplative tea ceremony to slow down and heighten awareness. We will gather in quiet ritual, learning the language of slowness: how to pour without hurry, how to taste without grasping, how to meet silence without filling it.

The second part unfolds into a guided mindfulness practice - breath, sounding, and meditation. Breath becomes the bridge between body and awareness.
Sounding opens the gateway to the body’s natural resonance. Meditation becomes a hearth of stillness.
