Imagine an afternoon devoted entirely to slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
Join me in my cosy home studio for a beautiful, intimate retreat combining the art of sourdough baking with mindful movement, deep relaxation and wholesome nourishment.
🌸 Our afternoon together will include:
🍞 The Art of Sourdough – Learn how to make your own nourishing sourdough bread from scratch, with your very own starter and simple instructions to take home.
🧘♀️ Hatha Yoga – A heart-centred practice to gently strengthen, stretch and reconnect with your body.
🌿 Herbal Botanicals – Discover the beautiful world of loose-leaf herbal teas, learning how to create your own blends while enjoying delicious tea.
🌬️ Conscious Breath Pranayama – Learn how to work with the breath to reorganise your energy and ultimately to change the way you feel.
🤍 Yin & Restorative Yoga – An invitation to soften, surrender and experience deep rest.
🎶 Healing Sound Bath – Allow yourself to be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations.
🥣 A Nourishing Supper – We’ll finish our afternoon gathered together over homemade seasonal vegetable soup & freshly baked sourdough bread.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, restored and inspired, with your own sourdough starter, recipes, equipment and flour guidance, and my ongoing support as you begin your bread-making journey.
