🚫No heel experience necessary.👠But you will want to bring your own pair of heels.
👯♀️This will be a beginner level with a few progressions for advanced beginner/intermediate.
🤸🏼We will do a mix of floor work at the base and low pole.
🎦Virtual and in person options available.
This 4 week series is every Tuesday evening and starts July 9, 16, 23, 30 from 7:30-8:45 PM CST
