The Art of Healing With Energy: A Flower Essence Workshop

As a reiki healer for more than 6 years, I am excited to teach simple and effective tools for anyone to be more in alignment to life as we work with the mind to heal. This workshop will explore healing beyond reiki (zero experience needed to participate), as everything around us is energy, energy that can be in our alignment or against that alignment. Learn how to develop a connection to the energetic world, explore connecting with energy to better align the mind and body, and discover which energies you are subconsiously working with.

A flower Essence workhshop will use the power of our psyche to develop a connection to the energy frequency to flowers. Enjoy learning a unique way to connect to the world around you. Perhaps even experience your favorite flower in a new way. We will begin class talking about the frequency of plants, then explore the energy for ourselves through meditation, closing class making a unique blend of flowers to use on the skin.
