Reiki Level I Attunement

In Reiki Level I Attunement we will explore what makes up the chakra system, how energy influences the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, receive the first level of reiki and have an opportunity to receive as well as give reiki to one another. There will be a break for lunch. A reiki manual is provided but feel free to also bring a notebook for additional notes. In the first level of reiki your awareness to the energy grows. Each student will leave knowing how to give themselves and anyone in close proximity reiki.

Reiki is connecting to life force energy. Energy that is always around us, something we are always connected to. Bringing ourselves to a greater awareness of this energy can assist our physical and emotional health. As well as give us a greater sense of who we are and why we are here. Reiki has the ability to heighten our connection to human selves as well as our spiritual connection.
