The Art of Grief and Afternoon Tea

Grief is a serious teacher. If you are finding yourself on the grief journey due to a recent loss, finding fellow travelers who “get” what you are experiencing can be hugely helpful. This session will offer art making (no experience required and no pressure to make art), and some afternoon tea as well. Art making can often help a person express deep emotion that simply don’t have words. Engaging in art while sitting with other grievers can also be an excellent distraction from the discomfort of uncomfy conversations.

This session will be facilitated by Sherri Jacobs, an LCMFT, registered art therapist, and certified grief educator.
