The Art of Escape: Your yoga and art stay-cation get-a-way!

We are ready for a Break! Join us in person for a chill getaway where yoga meets expression. Stretch, breathe, and let your creativity flow in this unique stay-cation experience. This event is for anyone interested in connecting with self and community, and having fun while escaping the daily grind. Come as you are and leave feeling inspired and recharged!

Info: Laurie will start us off, supporting us as we land in our bodies, coming home to the current moment through movement.

Info: Top Priority: Authentic Enjoyment. We will continue our time together with Real-ness, making space to connect with ourselves, and each other as we feel inspired and moved.

Info: Let's express for the sake of expression- no performance, no product. Let some creativity flow, releasing judgement, ha, or maybe judging judgement, whatever. Making space for the messy-ness that is Life, and maybe finding/creating some pleasure in it.

Info: Provided by Theoretically Brewing, and included in the price of your ticket. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Chat with fellow playmates, focus on your art, do you as you feel inspired.

Info: Get back to yourself and your center.

Info: Finish up whatever you need to, put our art up, have a beverage (alcoholic or not, first one is on the house!) and have a little walk around to view our collective creations.

Info: Wrapping up our time together with what feels good- chatting, playful connection, random dance party, napping; whose to say what will emerge? We will conclude with yoga, and the opportunity for further community connection.
