Join Ashley, the gongs and other shamanic sounds for an hour long sound journey in the always inspiring and transforming gallery. The sounds allow the bodies and minds to restore, relax, to witness and to “just be”. A cacao elixir brings us together. This cacao is from the Sierra Nevadas of Columbia, grown by three tribes and 100 farmers. The elixir is made with the cacao paste and various spices and tinctures depending on the intentions for the evening.
