LEVEL 2: This mixed-levels class will focus on a different topic each week. New & longtime practitioners will explore a variety of acro concepts together in a structured learning environment. Arrive solo or with a partner/trio/quad.
Level 2 Pre-reqs:
• Front Plank > Throne > Chair > Whale (& reverse the sequence)
• Backfly > Straddle Bat
• Cathedral
• Jump entrance to Star
• In Star: base press while flyer maintains shape
