The Art of Awareness

Join us for The Art of Awareness, a guided meditation experience designed to bring clarity, peace, and awareness into your life. We’ll begin with a short teaching on meditative practice, followed by an intentional experience to help you center yourself and embrace awareness. Afterward, we’ll open the space for discussion, reflection, and connection with others on the journey.

March 1, 2025 welcomes Maranda Houston and her gift of sound alchemy. She will help us better understand sound and frequency and then bathe us in sound for our practice.
