Irish Beef Stew with Chef Eric King

Join Chef Eric King of Poppa’s Cookbook in the Maker Kitchen for this cooking workshop to make Irish beef stew! Chef Eric serves up comfort food (you’ve probably seen him at our farmers market!) while empowering youth and those with disabilities in culinary arts through his nonprofit, The Win Big Foundation. 

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back. 

Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
