The Art of Femme Movement is back, and this time we’re bringing the energy of the Caribbean to the dance floor.

Join Buflo Girls Club for Vol. 3 of our movement series, a beginner-friendly dancehall experience designed to help women step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, move their bodies, and connect through dance in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Whether you’re an experienced dancer or trying something completely new, this class is all about feminine expression, freedom, community, and fun. Expect good music, good vibes, and an atmosphere that encourages you to let loose and enjoy yourself without pressure.

After class, guests will enjoy a mimosa bar, Jamaican food from Sweet to the Belly, refreshments, photo moments, and time to mingle with other women in the community.
