We will explore the neuroscience behind the threat response and guide you through evidence-based somatic practices including breathing exercises, grounding techniques and mindfulness as a clinical tool.
Through guided exercises and hands-on practice, you'll leave with tools you can take directly into your next client session, and into your own life.
