The Anglo-French Approaches to Arbitration

Join us at King’s College London for a timely discussion on the English and French approaches to international arbitration. Over the last years, English and French courts have adopted often different views in relevant arbitration matters. This conference will discuss how their approaches differ when dealing with corruption in arbitration and antisuit injunctions, particularly in light of the recent UK Supreme Court decision in UniCredit v RusChemAlliance.
