In this first exhibition of works by leading Maltese abstract painter Alfred Chircop since his demise in 2015, the curators have brought together around seventy works by the artist and his most notable contemporaries.The Alfred Chircop Trust will be launching the catalogue of the ongoing exhibition “…the struggle seems to be eternal” Alfred Chircop: Paintings, Prints, Drawings. The full-colour catalogue includes contributions by the exhibition curators: Christian Attard, Charlene Vella, and Mark Sagona, as well as Gino Gauci and Daniel Azzopardi. The publication, with photography and design by Lisa Attard, documents the entire exhibition and is published by Midsea Books.
