This retreat we delve into myofascial release for the body and for the mind and soul... topical subjects to do with alchemy and wisdom that are thought provoking and heart expanding.
There will be time to rest - whether that's reading under a tree, relaxing by the pool or enjoying one of the many beaches.
Alongside this, we have included some self-care rituals, mindful movement and open discussion exploring ancient wisdom and modern thought - with room to gently step beyond your comfort zone and reconnect with what matters most .

Price is from €900pp twin sharing or for your own private room it's €1450.
The price includes meals (10/11), all the workshops, accommodation, a goody bag, an hour relaxing massage or 1-2-1 personal training session with a coach.
