Whether you are navigating perimenopause, post menopause, or you just aren't sure, this circle welcomes you without the need for any formal diagnosis.
Menopause is a profound life transition that touches every aspect of our being -physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The Ageless Circle creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can share your unique journey, witness others, and find gentle support without the need to fix anything.
In each gathering, we come together in a sacred circle - a space where every story is heard, every feeling honored, and every woman seen. We blend ancient wisdom and modern practices through grounding meditations, breathwork, reflective journaling, creative expression, and intentional sharing.
What happens in The Ageless Circle:
We begin with a warm welcome and grounding meditation to create calm and presence.
The circle opens for sharing: a confidential, heart-centered conversation where you can express what you’re experiencing without fear or judgment.
You’ll engage in reflective practices such as journaling or drawing cards to connect with your inner wisdom.
The session closes with a ritual or intention-setting to help you integrate the experience and carry its benefits forward.
