The Affordable City: A Presentation by Shane Phillips

Hear from Shane Phillips about his work on the housing issue and insights he has for Janesville. Shane is the author of The Affordable City: Strategies for Putting Housing in Reach (and Keeping it There). He is the housing initiative manager at UCLA’s Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies. His work centers on affordability, with particular focus on housing supply and policy design, and he has expertise in zoning, development and cost drivers.
