The Accountancy Leaders Forum
About this Event
The accountancy market is changing quickly.
Technology is moving faster, client expectations are rising, regulation continues to evolve, and the best firms are having to think differently about how they grow, protect margin, attract clients and build teams.
The Accountancy Leaders Forum brings together a small group of ambitious accountancy practice owners and industry leaders for an afternoon of straight-talking discussion, fresh ideas and useful insight.
Curated by CMR and hosted at Brabners’ Manchester offices, we’re bringing together experts from recruitment, legal, credit and risk, and professional services to explore the issues shaping the next generation of accountancy practices.
Our panel includes:
Richard West – Red Flag Alert
Data, risk, credit intelligence and identifying commercial opportunity.
Nicole Slowey – Qdos
Employment status, contingent working, legislation and where risk is moving.
Hannah Morrison – Partner, Brabners
The legal and employment issues practice owners need to have on their radar.
Josh Bramhall – CMR
Hiring, retention, leadership and building teams that can actually support growth.
This won’t be four people delivering PowerPoints at you.
Expect an interactive conversation around what we’re seeing in the market, what progressive firms are doing differently and where the opportunities, and potential challenges, are heading into 2027.
You’ll also have the opportunity to put your own questions directly to the panel, so the conversation can focus on the issues that matter most to you and your practice.
There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to meet other practice owners, swap ideas and have a drink with people facing many of the same challenges you are.
