2. Learn how & when to support your body with simple, somatic practices so that pain &/or distress do NOT derail your progress but rather, they become the exception to the rule of thumb.
3. Feel good & have fun experiencing your body’s capacity to create so that you can say HEAVEN YES to more of the things you need & choose in life.
