Before the city truly wakes up, join us for a slow, intentional Saturday morning ritual designed to reset your nervous system and clear the week’s mental clutter. This isn't just a class; it’s a Pop-Up Wellness Studio experience held in a private, quiet room tucked away inside Almari Coffee.
The Ritual
We begin in total silence. You’ll be invited to lie down, let go, and drift away to the soothing vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Bowls, and grounding instruments. In this secluded space, the frequencies work to shift you from a state of "doing" into a state of deep, restorative "being."
Once you’ve gently returned to the space, the journey continues with a "soft landing" into the cafe. Your ticket includes a £10 Almari Voucher to spend on a vibrant breakfast and artisan coffee—the perfect way to ground yourself and socialise before your weekend begins.
The Flow
- 08:00 AM | The Arrival: Doors open. Arrive early to set up your "nest" and settle in.
- 08:10 AM | The Journey: Doors close and the Sound Journey begins.
- 09:00 AM | The Grounding: A gentle awakening followed by breakfast and coffee in the cafe.
Your Comfort is Key
This is a 'bring your own nest' event. To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the experience, please bring:
- A Yoga Mat (to lie on)
- A warm throw or blanket (your body temperature drops as you relax)
- A pillow or cushion for your head or under your knees
- An eye mask (optional)
The Vibe
A small group of 10 people. Private room. Deep resonance. This is an intimate experience with limited spaces available to ensure a high-quality, immersive environment for every guest.

- Location: Almari Coffee, Poplar.
- Arrival: To protect the meditative space, we strictly close the doors at 8:10 AM.
- Health Notes: Sound meditation is not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or those with sound-induced epilepsy. If you have a pacemaker or metal implants, please consult your GP before booking.
- Professional Standard: Facilitated by Kritika Bhargava, certified Sound Therapy Practitioner (IPHM) and fully insured.
