Did you hear the exciting news? The St. Malachi Church Run/Walk is back for its 47th consecutive year!Join us on Saturday, March 14, for an unforgettable year like no other. To commemorate 47 years of festive Irish and community spirit, we’re celebrating with Guinness—not the beer, but a record-breaking year! Let’s kick off St. Patrick’s Day week with some Irish cheer as we attempt the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Sport Kilt Race this year (kilts are included in registration)! So, gather your friends and family, and let’s run, walk, dance, and roll through the streets, showcasing the true meaning of Cleveland Against the World.
Race day begins with a mass at St. Malachi if you choose. Afterward, we’ll head onto the course, warmly welcomed by Fox 8 Cleveland’s own Kenny Crumpton as our MC. The atmosphere will be filled with the sounds of bagpipes accompanied by Irish dancers, spreading smiles and energy for your miles.
You and your loved ones (including well-behaved four-legged friends) can choose from the following routes:
- 2-mile route
- 5-mile route
- A combination of the two!
As you finish your smiling miles, DJ Steph Floss from the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Browns will cheer you on as you cross the finish line!
