Info: Arrive, check-in and prepare for the morning walk.

Monday Morn. Mindful Mutt Walk
Info: Group Begins Session with Arrival + Grounding. Walking promptly starts at 7:30 AM and end of walk will end somewhere around 8:00. Remainder of time up until 8:30 AM is for treats to share.
7:30 AM WALK
Info: Walking with your leashed dog and the group promptly begins at 7:30. Feel free to go a your own pace and end whenever necessary.

Arrival + Grounding
Info: Introduce ourself and our dogs. Intention of the day (spoken aloud or on small sign) Optional Lavendar spritz for humans. 3 deep breaths together. Morning Mantra. Leg Stretches.

Lead Awareness Walk
Info: Focus on posture & leash softness
Cue: “Notice the sound of paws. Notice your breath.”

Sniff & Enjoy a Break
Info: Pause zone for free sniffing or photo-ops or bathroom breaks.
Prompt: “Let your dog lead with curiosity.” Grab a drink of water.

Mindful Movement
Info: Use this time of the walk to get out what you and your dogs need in your life. It could be jumping jacks, pushups, jogging, playing fetch, socializing with the group, or more stretching, more photos, more water, another bathroom break, or anything your mind desires to move.

Refocus the Journey with a Silent Stroll
Info: Recollect our thoughts, shake out any last movements and work on inner peace. As we walk back to our starting point it will be a reflective silent time with No phones, no talking.
Just steps, breath, and connection with our pets.

Full Circle Back
Info: Run in circles chasing tails. Closing circle for a full circle complete walk group reflection. Here we will share something positive from the walk, Gratitude share or affirmation.
