About this Event
Training Overview:
What would you do if someone you care about was struggling with their mental health?
Many people want to help, but aren't sure what to say or where to start. The good news is that you don't have to be a mental health professional to make a meaningful difference.
Join us for The 4 R's of Mental Health Support©, a FREE, in-person community training that equips you with practical, evidence-based skills to recognize when someone may be experiencing mental distress, respond with confidence and compassion, and connect them to appropriate support.
