Thanksgiving Meal Bag Giveaway

Join us for Concord’s 6th Annual Thanksgiving Meal Bag Giveaway! We are blessed to partner with our community to ensure families have a full Thanksgiving meal to enjoy together at home.

Each bag includes everything needed to prepare a delicious holiday dinner. Bags are 100% free, but registration is required.

• Date: Wednesday before Thanksgiving
• Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Please arrive during your selected time slot!)
• Location: Concord Baptist Church 723 Concord Church Rd. Pickens, SC 29671

To ensure a quick, smooth pickup experience without long wait times, please select ONE time-slot ticket during checkout:

• Slot A: 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Slot B: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Slot C: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM

1. One Bag Per Household: To ensure as many families are served as possible, limit 1 registration per household. Duplicate registrations, including registrations using the same email address, may be canceled.
2. Text Confirmation: You will receive a text reminder a few days prior to pickup. Please reply to confirm your spot.
3. Standby Release at 7:30 PM: All reserved bags are held until 7:30 PM. If a bag is not picked up by 7:30 PM, it will be released to families on our walk-in standby list.
4. Proxy Pickup Allowed: If you cannot make it in person between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM, a friend, relative, or neighbor may pick up your bag for you—they just need to show your ticket/confirmation on their phone.

If your plans change or you no longer need a meal bag, please cancel your ticket in Eventbrite or reply to our reminder text. Releasing your ticket allows us to automatically offer the meal bag to a family on our waitlist.

1. Arrive during your chosen time slot.
2. Show your digital Eventbrite ticket on your phone (or give your name at the check-in table).
3. Our volunteers will load your bag and have you on your way!
