Thankful Thursdays are back by popular demand. Experience the "Silence in Sound" as we relax to the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, drums and chimes.

Spend your Thursdays treating yourself to an evening of self-care. Pamper yourself with a mid- week sound session for your pleasure. Your only job is to BE in the moment while I do the job of playing healing instruments for your enjoyment and relaxation. What a way to end the day.

First timers--Dress comfortably! Bring anything that makes you feel safe, happy, and relaxed (Pillow, blanket, eye mask, sleeping bag, etc)

Park and enter at the front door. Signs will guide you to the event in the library.

Info: Since this is a meditative and relaxing event, doors will lock at 6:05pm. Please feel free to come a few minutes early to find a comfortable space to relax. —we will begin with a short guided meditation and breathing exercise followed by 50 minutes of a soothing and satisfying ASMR Reiki Soundbath. Raise your vibration as we come together to rest and rejuvenate. —we ground together and end our soundbath with breathwork.
