Thai massage is full clothed bodywork done on a mat using deep compression and mobility. At the jam it’s half social, half informal educational space. No massage experience is needed to join in and you can come solo or with someone to work with. We have enough folks attending that there will be people to trade with.
We have mats set up and will show you how to give Thai work and you can switch to receive bodywork as well.
Wear comfortable clothing! Gym or yoga clothes work best.
Donation based to pay the rent, no expectations.
It’s a great way to meet folks, build community, learn something new and get a bit of bodywork done! 🙌🏻
