Thai in No Time

Take a first step into the vibrant cuisine that is Thai Food! Chef Deborah, of the Cosmic Muffin School of Cookery, brings her experience and enthusiasm for cooking to the Co-op Classroom with a menu of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. This class is an introduction to Thai cooking for home cooks of any level.

During this two-hour demonstration, Chef will show you how to prepare:

• Tom Kha Soup (Thai coconut soup) served over Sticky Rice
• Cucumber Salad w/Lime & Toasted Sesame Seed Oil Vinaigrette
• Easy Pad Thai

Of course, attendees will enjoy samples of each dish in the classroom, along with printed copies of each recipe!
