ABOUT SPEAKERS

Asher Liew, Principal Career Coach

A certified Professional Resume Writer, Career Development Facilitator and ACLP-certified trainer, Asher began his career in the Education sector as a Programme Consultant for the first 3 years, before transitioning to WSG as a Career Coach. He is currently a Career Development Professional with 12 years of Career Coaching experience. Asher is passionate about helping individuals at different life stages to help them find career clarity.

Sumitra Ramachandran, Talent Acquisition Lead

Sumitra brings over 8 years of talent acquisition expertise in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical sector. Beginning her journey as a Research Scientist at GSK, she transitioned into the recruitment industry, specializing in mid to senior level commercial and technical hiring within the biotech and pharmaceutical domains. 

Currently as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Hummingbird Bioscience, Sumitra combines her scientific background with HR proficiency to foster the growth and development of talent within the organization. As a volunteer Career Advisor, she hopes to leverage on her bioscience and HR knowledge to offer guidance to individuals seeking insights.
