Every September, people across 75 cities worldwide lace up for one reason: to keep Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope alive. Since 1981, the Terry Fox Run has raised over £550 million for cancer research, and this September, Battersea Park is where London does its part.
Whether you're running, jogging, or walking, this is your chance to come together with others who care about making a difference. Enjoy the fresh air, meet great people, and support an inspiring cause — with every pound raised going directly to the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), one of the world's leading cancer research centres. The Terry Fox Run is not a race — it's a celebration. Choose your own pace and distance (2.5-10k) as you take in beautiful Battersea Park, honouring Terry's legacy and helping fund critical cancer research.

Don’t miss our authentic Canadian poutine truck and ice cream van with snacks provided by The Four Seasons Hotel, perfect for a well-earned treat after the run. No matter what run you’re at, enjoy some Canadian hospitality - and your favorite Canadian playlist will be making you dance while you run!
🎟️ Raffles, Prizes & More
We want you to go home happy! Take part in our raffle draw and browse an incredible silent auction featuring prizes and experiences donated by generous supporters. But everyone at all runs gets bracelets, a thank-you card, and a feeling of camaraderie for cancer research. All proceeds go to cancer research in honour of Terry’s mission.
💬 Hear from the Heart
Be inspired by short speeches from cancer survivors, researchers, and the Canadian High Commissioner who will share personal stories of hope, progress, and determination. You’ll also meet real-life cancer researchers working on the front lines of the fight Terry started.

Riverside Radio will be reporting live from the run, bringing the energy and atmosphere of the day to listeners across London.
