Terre Rouge & Easton Wine Dinner!

We have some exciting news for all of you that we have been eager to kick off and the time has come to do just that. We are going to be offering intimate wine dinners in our Shoppe where we prepare 3 courses to be “paired” with 4 – 6 wines. We will not just be preparing intimate versions of our prepared foods already in our prep cases. Instead, we will be offering chef-driven menus to complement our wine offerings for that evening. Our goal is to have a representative from the winery or the distributor who represents the winery to help lead us through the evening and offer valuable insight as well.

Our inaugural wine dinner will be on Thursday, March 27th at 7:00pm. We will be honored to have Terre Rouge & Easton Wines to be our first winery. Terre Rouge was founded by Bill Easton, one of the original “Rhone Rangers “. His wines are known for creating 95+ point artisan wines out of the Sierra foothills. Their vineyards are farmed sustainably, organically and with as little impact on the environment as possible.

So how much is this going to cost? Well, keep in mind, we will be offering 3 courses, per person, along with 4 – 6 wines to taste and evaluate. Additionally, you will be taking home 2 bottles of the wines we tasted to enjoy later. All of these good times and even better food and wine will only be $95/PER COUPLE or $50/PER INDIVIDUAL! Make sure to reserve your seat as soon as possible as we will only have 20 seats to fill.
