*TENTATIVE* July Full "Buck" Moon Hike (Moderate)

SAVE THE DATE for the next full moon hike... although this is not set in stone. I would like to plan for a full moon hike in July. More detail will be announced as we get closer to the date.This will be the Buck moon so it will be lower in the sky, typically larger to view. This is a time of growth, strength and renewal.
With this said, everyone must follow safe hiking practices:
- bring MORE THAN ENOUGH water, at least 2 liters.
- eat breakfast with good protein (recommend 50 grams protein and good carbs)
- the night prior be sure to eat a solid dinner, drink electrolytes, and get good rest
- dress appropriately: hiking shoes (with tread), sun protection, moiture wicking clothes.
- no dogs during summer time hikes
Limited parking at trailhead.
Tentatively meet at SARA Park Trailhead parking Lot #1 at 10:00pm with departure at 10:10pm.
