• Restorative Yoga with Kelsey, designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest
• Sound Journey with Jamie Lynn, guiding you into a meditative state through soothing vibrations and intentional sound
• Air Plant Terrarium Workshop, where you’ll create a living keepsake to symbolize growth, care, and new beginnings
Set inside the lush, serene atmosphere of Twisted Acres, this gathering is an invitation to tend to yourself the way you would a garden—with patience, presence, and love.
