Join Carla, Christar, and Julie for a 3-hour class featuring: gentle, restorative yoga, a sound healing concert meditation, and an intention setting peony flower project. The schedule will begin with gentle floor yoga and a creative visualization with Carla. This will transition into a vibrational sound healing concert in relaxation pose with Christar. After a break for tea and snacks, the last hour is dedicated to an intention setting flower project guided by Julie. Includes an art piece to take home, tea, and snacks, and feelings of extraordinary peace and contentment. Please bring your thickest mat, 1-2 blankets, and a small pillow to make the most of your experience.
