When the world quiets, dreaming begins.Join us for a cozy afternoon of conversation and exploration as we gather to tend the place where dreams live. This workshop is an invitation to pause, soften, and listen inward to the images, feelings, and quiet messages that visit us in the night.
Ever wonder how and why dreams arrive, how to remember what slips away by morning, and how setting simple intentions before sleep can deepen your relationship with the dreaming mind. We’ll touch on symbols and patterns, and why paying attention to our dreams can offer insight, healing, and guidance.
During our time together, you’ll create your own herbal dream pillow, filling it with herbs chosen to support rest, recall, and sweet dreaming – a tool to use at home as you continue the dream journey!
This workshop is for the welcoming, curious, and unhurried. If time allows, we will delve into ancient art of dream sharing!
