In this 2-hour journey, Bodhini will gently guide you through practices that cultivate a profound sense of rest, inviting you to reconnect with the inner stillness that often eludes us in our busy lives.
Through intention setting, gentle movement, calming pranayama , yoga nidra, sound therapy, and reflective practices, you will have the opportunity to explore the barriers to rest and discover a deeper connection to your own well-being.
This experience is open to all, regardless of your level of experience with these practices.
