About this Event
Begin 2024 with a renewed sense of clarity and calm. Join us on Friday, 24th January, for an evening designed to detoxify your body, release tension, and bring balance to your mind and spirit through the transformative practices of Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Aromatherapy.
This session will focus on stimulating the kidney and liver meridians—key pathways in Traditional Chinese Medicine associated with detoxification, vitality, and emotional release. Through targeted Yin yoga poses, the healing vibrations of sound, and the cleansing properties of essential oils, you’ll experience a deep sense of renewal and lightness.
Special Offer:Book before 10th January to enjoy an early bird discount with code EarlyBird.
What to Expect
• Yin Yoga with Aromatherapy:
Guided by principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this Yin practice will include long-held, floor-based poses to stimulate the kidney and liver meridians. Relaxing Essential oils will be incorporated to enhance detoxification, relaxation, and emotional release. Suitable for all levels including beginners to yoga. Yin yoga invites you to unwind deeply and prepare for the sound bath.
• Sound Bath with Solfeggio Frequencies:
After the yoga practice, immerse yourself in the healing power of sound. Transition into an immersive sound journey with Solfeggio Frequencies, a unique form of sound bathing that uses ancient tones to benefit both mind and body. I incorporate crystal singing bowls tuned to Solfeggio frequencies, along with tuned pipes and other beautiful instruments.
I work with the full range of Solfeggio frequencies, but will be particularly focusing on the following frequencies which are often associated with:
• 396 Hz: Encouraging release from guilt and fear, clearing stagnant energy.
• 417 Hz: Inspiring transformation and clearing negative energy.
• 528 Hz: Associated with renewal and healing, cellar renewal and a sense of harmony.
The space will also be infused with the gentle aromas of clearing essential oils, to complement the experience and enhance relaxation. This unique combination of sound and scent invites you to unwind, reset, and find a sense of clarity.
• Nourish & Restore:
Conclude the evening with a cleansing herbal tea, and a selection of fresh, seasonal fruit. A closing aromatherapy ritual using uplifting oils will allow you to savour the stillness and carry the benefits into the days ahead.

From 2025, ticket prices will increase slightly due to the rising venue hire cost and the use of high-quality essential oils during sessions to come. I’ve worked to keep prices as low as possible to ensure this offering remains accessible to my local community while maintaining the highest quality experience - I also offer a student/accessible ticket. Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, and continued support of my small business—it truly means the world to me.
