Temple Flow Event Ticket Policy & Participant Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending Temple Flow: Heal, Flow & Glow, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Temple Flow.

• Tickets may not be transferred without prior approval from Temple Flow.

• Participants voluntarily choose to participate in wellness and movement activities, including Mat Pilates instruction led by Rehab Fitness, and understand physical activity carries inherent risks.

• Participants are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before participating if they have medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy concerns, or physical limitations.

• Temple Flow, event organizers, collaborators, instructors, volunteers, and venue affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event, except where required by law.

• Participants assume responsibility for participating at their own comfort and fitness level.

• Temple Flow may capture photos and video during the event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. Attendance grants permission to use likeness unless a written request is submitted before the event.

• Temple Flow reserves the right to remove attendees whose behavior creates disruption, safety concerns, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

• Event details, schedules, and programming may change if necessary.

• By attending, participants acknowledge they have read and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
