Good afternoon, folks. As I discussed on our last net, the following is information regarding the Ham Expo at the Belton Expo Center scheduled for October 4. The Expo is held twice annually in the spring and fall. There is a small ticket fee at the door. The official activities get underway on Saturday morning but there is always a ton of equipment sold and traded in the parking lot on Friday evening. If you are coming on Saturday, I encourage you to arrive early. The good stuff typically moves fast. There is always something to keep us RF nuts interested. If nothing else, it's a terrific opportunity to talk to other GMRS and HAM operators, learn from great Elmers, and tell of few long tales of your own. I hope to see you there.
