Tell Me Where It Hurts
About this Event
Join Ayurvedic practitioner Lynn Hangar for handcrafted mocktails designed to address common stress-related symptoms while Executive Director and End-of-Life Doula Confidence Omenai leads a community dialogue exploring the connection between grief, joy, anger, stress, and the stories our bodies carry.
Grief does not only live in the heart. It often settles into the body.
Together, we will examine how unprocessed emotions can manifest physically, how joy can coexist with mourning, and what healing practices can help us navigate difficult seasons. Through guided discussion, reflective writing, and collective care, participants will have an opportunity to name what has been heavy, honor what they have survived, and reconnect with practices that support resilience, healing, and hope.
Come prepared to sip, reflect, write, and engage in meaningful conversation as we make space for both grief and joy.
